[sysrepo-announce] New sysrepo release

Hello everyone,
a new release has just been made of sysrepo [1] but also libyang [2], libnetconf2 [3], and netopeer2 [4]. The new versions do not include many changes and should actually work with previous releases of their dependencies because this is mostly a wrap-up release. Starting from these versions all the projects are using 2 main branches master and devel (netopeer2 devel-server branch has just been deleted). Also, packages of ALL the projects are finally available for the common distributions and links can be found in each project README. Note that libnetconf2/netopeer2 do not have packages on distributions that have unsupported libssh versions (0.9.3 and 0.9.4).
