[sysrepo-devel] next sysrepo release

Hi,
we are planning to merge devel of sysrepo and related projects (netopeer2, libyang, libnetconf2) into master. So now it is a good time to switch to devel if someone is using the current master and test whether everything works as expected. Thank you for any feedback.

The main change is using a new binary libyang format for storing sysrepo data trees, which should be more efficient in every way. However, these files are not text so they cannot be directly opened with a text editor. Use sysrepocfg for manual editing/reading.
